I couldn't have asked for more friendly, understanding and patient staff to help me find the right mattress. They knew the products and could answer all my questions. I didn't feel rushed in making a decision and I am looking forward for my mattress to be delivered shortly.

Great experience. Tried the sleep match and also had good guidance from sales advisor. Ordering and delivery were easy to arrange. Have now received the bed. It was delivered and put together by friendly and quick delivery team. No complaints.

We visited the Enfield store on many occasions, we really wanted to get our new mattress right. We had several experiences with Mark and on every occasion he was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. He listened to us and understood our needs and never pressured us. We were also greeted by Dilara who was also perfect and friendly in her services. We opted for a Tempur mattress and super king divan and Eve hybrid mattress for our 2 year old and a lovely velvet bed frame for his bed and after 30 days we decided the Tempur was not for us, as you have 40 days night comfort guarantee we went back to store and spoke with Mark. He did not make us feel uncomfortable once and again listened to us and gave us great advice and recommendations. We decided to go for the Sealy Posturepedic mattress as was around the same value. After a week on this mattress we are delighted we went with this and had changed our sleep completely. If you do not want pushy sales people and valuable advice I highly recommend this store and Mark as your first point of call. I have already recommended this store and Mark to our family and friends. Thank you Mark and team!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience, all thanks to Rushid! Rushid is incredibly knowledgable and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. He guided us through the options without any pushiness, just honest advice and expertise. No question was ever a hassle to answer alongside his professionalism making our experience enjoyable and stress free! Thanks to his outstanding service, we purchased two beds and four bedside cabinets. Rushid made sure everything was just right for us, going above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. If you’re shopping for beds, ask for Rushid- he is an absolute credit to the company! We will definitely be back for some pillows and will be recommending him to friends and family.

The one big thing that let Bensons down was that our order, which we waited 6 weeks for, was damaged at the depot and after paying the full balance, we were phoned to advise that the whole order would need to be re-ordered again...there was no stock at all that could be sent out. So we waited another 6 weeks. It did impact us a lot, as this furniture was for a new room, which we couldn't use for 3 months. We weren't offered any compensation. We could have gone elsewhere but really liked what we chose. The store staff were lovely but couldn't do anything and the delivery guys were excellent. But Bensons do need to carry some stock.

To be honest, rare now to shop other than online. However, felt it was important to test the mattress before buying. Such a pleasant experience, guided by a knowledgeable, helpful and extremely nice salesman, that a reminder of the benefits of 'real life' shopping. Both my husband and I enjoyed the experience, which we had anticipated as a hassle after trying to navigate the choice of mattresses online. What I particularly valued was that the salesman wasn't at all pushy, which always makes me want to turn tail and run. It really seemed that he wanted to help us above making a sale, which weirdly made me want to buy from him!

The Benson delivery guys, Mark & John, were great, going above & beyond the call of duty by not only bringing the new super king-size mattresses upstairs, unwrapping & zipping up them up, but also moving my old ones downstairs. Thank you guys! A big shout to Mark at Enfield Bensons and his team too, who handled our order and went the extra mile to look after us when we had to change our mattress to fit up the stairs. Brilliant service from start to finish and we LOVE our new Staples Artisan Utopia firm zip & link mattress, base & headboard.

Excellent service with Benson for Beds Enfield from sales with Dilara who went above and beyond to wheel out the furniture to the car park so I could see the colour in natural light to the delivery and installation with D&I who were on point and really efficient and explained everything really well. It was a long wait for this but the wait was beyond Worthing as the furniture is so stylish and elegant and has so much storage space I'm well impressed and very very happy with it. After shopping around and receiving nothing but poor customer service I went to Benson Beds as my sister, who lives outside London recomended. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Mark, what an incredible display of what customer service should be. He and Rusheed were so professional, knowledgable and friendly it made the experience so pleasant. My bed arrived today and I love it. I will definitely use Benson's again and have already recomended to a friend.

My wife and I ordered a mattress recently in store. We were seen by Mark who was super friendly, attentive and patient (we tried A LOT of mattresses), but not pushy. Mark listened to our feedback and gave helpful advice, and even moved a mattress from a sprung slat to solid based bed for us to try. Would definitely go back next time we need a mattress.

Mark was fantastic and patient as we tried to decide which bed to buy. Due to space we had to be really careful and Mark was really helpful in measuring the beds to give us exact measurements to ensure it will fit. He is the most friendliest sales assistant we’ve ever met!

Najeeb was helpful, but not pushy. He was very polite and listened carefully to what we were asking for. He gave us 3 choices and we were able to make a decision quickly. Within 30 minutes we had completed the whole process. It felt easy and was very satisfying.

We went to look at Mattresses and Christos was very helpful, my husband said we are going to look in Dreams too which we did. But we returned to Bensons and bought one of thevrecommed mattresses. There was no pressure selling, all very relaxed.
