Bensons for Beds Reading

Mohammad made the experience so easy. We had carved out about 3-4 hours to go to different bed shops, this was the first place we went and we didn’t need to go anywhere else. He guided us through the process so smoothly and everything he said came from expertise and advice and never once did he come across as pushy. You can tell he’s been there for over 20 years, he is great at what he does. Thank you for helping us, my partner agreed it was one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had.

We recently had to purchase a new mattress and headed for Bensons, as we have had good service and experiences there before. A lovely lady named Ambi helped us choose which matress we needed, and made the whole experience simple, easy and painless

Tom and Alfie were amazing a true credit to Bensons. They were both friendly and polite. Also took their shoes off before I said anything about my new carpet. Have used Bensons for 3 beds now. Don't think I would shop around next time. Thank you.

Have purchased at Bensons for many years. They have never disappointed,so we went again to purchase a new mattress.Served by Rasman at Reading Link retail park and found him friendly and efficient.

The staff is amazing ... I only visited the store to browse and eventually bought the mattress. Razwan and Mohammad are true professionals and know how to make customers.

We went in with a pretty fixed idea for what we wanted as we were shopping for a small, odd shaped room. When the item we were looking for wasn’t available Mohammed came over to us. He looked at the measurements for the room and showed us something completely different but that would work for our space. His knowledge of room layouts and what works was excellent and his customer service was amazing.

Very good experience from start to finish on our purchase of a new super king mattress. I particularly like the communications all the way up to delivery. Their drivers/delivery people were polite, courteous and friendly (even removed their shoes👍). As far as how good it was on the first night, I can't remember, because I was asleep 😴

Gary the driver and Warren the other guy were so friendly. Really helpful, polite, professional and everything else. Really pleased. I was also very impressed with the assistant in the actual shop who sold me the bed and base. Really would recommend

Bought a wardrobe last week and it was great experience in the shop as they had good quality products to choose from and staff were really helpful. They even kept my kids occupied while we making a decision. Definitely recommend this shop

I previously bought a bed from Reading store, and called in today to purchase a bed side cabinet, the store manager Muhammad served me today he was very helpful and polite and I would highly recommend to my friends and family

Attentive sales person, was a bit pushy and kept telling us that this was the mattress for us, rather than dreams where they let us choose! Hence why I only brought some pillows and left the mattress.
