Class service from Heather, and her lovely assistant Maurine. We had gone to the Hamilton Palace Grounds branch to try mattresses and fell in love with an Eve hybrid mattress, but when we wanted to buy it the salesman (Cameron) told us it was out of stock, and it wouldn't be in until the 5th. We were desperate, and asked him to check other branches as we couldn't wait for it, to which Cameron immediately said no they're not in stock anywhere and that his branch would be the first to get them back in, which as someone who works in sales myself knew was absolute crap. Poor show from the Hamilton Palace Branch, but one phone call to Heather at the Uddingston branch and what a surprise it was in stock, and Heather had everything set up and organised for us in a matter of 15 minutes. Went in and we'd just missed Heather, but her lovely coworker Maurine got us all sorted and we were in and out the shop in minutes with our new mattress. 10 out of 10 for the Uddingston branch, needless to say the Hamilton branch's review won't be as good.

A good experience from beginning to end. We visited the store on two occasions while considering a replacement mattress. The sales advisor who assisted us on the initial visit was not overbearing and when required was able to impart her knowledge and share her wealth of experience. Our second visit was to review our shortlist, the same salesperson was on hand to answer our questions as required. Our third visit was basically to place an order with the sales assistant we had previously engaged with for our chosen mattress. After placing the order we received regular progress updates in relation to the scheduled delivery. Three days prior to delivery we were given a two hour window for the delivery, on the day of delivery we received a call from the delivery driver advising he’d be with us in thirty minutes. On arrival the mattress was taken to the upstairs bedroom, unwrapped, I was asked to examine it prior to them placing it on the base and taking the packaging away with them. Stressless from start to finish!

Very helpful sales staff asked a lot of questions about what we were looking for. Got delivered and assembled with no hassle. We noticed a little bit of damage on headboard and contacted customer service who were very helpful and have already taken action to get headboard replaced. Great service all round. Thanks

The whole process was fantastic. From sales, through to delivery. Communication was first class. Delivery men were lovely. Really easy to plan. We’ve had a lot of furniture delivered to our new house and Bensons was by far the best experience of them all. We would recommend to all our friends and family.

I preffered the smaller branch in Hamilton, even though it has less space/products on show the staff are more knowledgeable and it is a far superior customer experience. This branch does have the machine which you lie on and it determines which mattress type would be best for you though.

When I went into the store I was quickly met by a member of staff, Heather, who was able to show me a range of products to meet my needs. She then helped me narrow down my choice and talked me through some added extras which I think helped me make positive choices regarding my sleeping.

Great service and knowledgeable staff who gave us plenty time to assess all the different mattresses. We were advised to try a medium hardness mattresses, but our previous was hard. Best decision ever, the medium is perfect, no back ache. Thank you 🤩

When in Benson's we found the staff especially Heather very helpfull.she made us very welcome and let us try out different beds until we found the one that suited us .we were very happy with the service thank you no photos to send

Perfect service from all concerned starting with advice and purchase in store, emails over the delivery waiting time, pre delivery information, the clear professionalism of the delivery team and the guys setting up the bed.
